I purchased a lift chair recliner in Dec 2006 and purchased the 5yr
warranty. The chair broke in the first part of july. The service man came and told us that it would take 3wks for the parts to come in.
I phoned on Aug 27 at about 12 noon and was told the parts were in. I was told that the serviceman would call me back asap and I called again at 3:30 the same day and was told I’d be called any time before supper or sometime after supper. I waited till 8pm and then called the store and left a message. The service man called me at 8:39 and said he’d repair the chair between 1 and three on the the 28th. I booked off early (from work) and then was told by wife that they cancelled but wanted to rebook and pick up the chair leaving my wife (who is handycapped ) with no chair at all.
Then sometime today there was a call stating that they needed parts to fix the chair. I call and because it’s after 5 I only get a machine. I need to know how long the chair will be gone for; if they even pick it on Wed as they said at one piont that they would.
I am not happy with all this B.S. I feel they are throwwing at me.
    This customer service stinks.
