Having problem with my Lazy boy lift chair recliner. It will recline, then it will not come back up. How long would my warranty have been? Finding the original sales receipt would be difficult, however there are stickers on the chair that may help identify it.

A large screw dropped from beneath my chair causing the back to be loose and not sit up straight. It is upholstered in leather with bear claw legs. How do I repair, or where do I take it for repair?
